Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for artwork, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. As all artworks are carefully inspected prior to shipment, we strongly encourage you to examine your piece immediately upon delivery. If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can promptly address the issue.
If the artwork is not damaged or defective and you wish to return it, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the nature of original artwork, returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once the artwork is received and inspected, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces. Any artwork returned showing signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
